Every Day Stresses
Every Day Stresses and every day strains
plague us all
but sit quietly in a garden,
a slight breeze shifts the air,
or work the soil ready to plant.
Deep ,dark earth giving birth,
tiny seedlings push through.
Soft rain, warm sun, together, aid growth and health – to us too.
Blooms burst with a wealth of colour,
myriad hues, fragrant scents carried on the wind.
Exotix perfumes heady and strong,
Shadows and light play upon bright glossy foliage.
Peaceful, calm serenity washes over your soul,
pushing away every day stresses and every day strains.
